Returns

We hope that you love your cruelty free and vegan products, but if there's a problem, please contact us by email (nadia@thekcs.co.uk) and we'll do everything we can to fix it.

Please get in touch via email within 30 days of placing your order to let us know if you would like to return something. After this time, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please include in the email a note of your order number which you can find on your order confirmation email. 

We reserve the right to make decisions about refund and exchange requests on a case by case basis.

To be eligible to request a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

Once we have contacted you to approve your return request, you can send the good back to us. Customers are responsible for covering the postage when returning items to us.

To request a refund for an order that wasn't delivered, you must email us within 30 days. We will then look investigate this with Royal Mail and proceed dependent on their answer.

Once your return request has been approved and your returned items received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you wish to request an exchange, please email us and provide your order number, the name of the product you would like to exchange and photo evidence of the defect/damage.
